Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to orders that include a purchase option, such as pre-order items. It explains how payment, cancellation, and refunds work for these orders. NAMU NAMU does not currently offer subscription products — no recurring charges apply to any order.

1. Payment

Pre-order items are paid in full at checkout. There are no deposits, instalments, or further charges after your order is placed. Your payment method will not be charged again for a pre-order.

2. Estimated Dispatch

Pre-order items are dispatched once stock arrives. An estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page at the time of purchase. This date is an estimate only and may change due to factors outside our control, such as manufacturing or freight delays. If the estimated dispatch date changes significantly, we will notify you by email.

3. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at info@namunamu.com.au with your order number. Cancelled pre-orders are refunded in full to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. After Dispatch

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it is treated as a standard order. Our Refund & Return Policy applies, including change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery and remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

5. If We Cancel Your Order

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order — for example, due to a stock or supply issue — we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.

6. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described.
