  • You agree to pay the full purchase price including applicable shipping fees.

NAMU NAMU reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
